Understanding the Difficulties of the Master Cleanse
It is always good to know how a typical day of following the master cleanse diet will feel like. This way, you will be more mentally prepared. In preparing the master cleanse diet, you can either choose to have one serving at a time or you can also prepare it all at one go. Once done, start your day with the laxative. They can be psyllium husk, laxative tea or sea salt. Starting the diet with a laxative is mainly because they are more effective with an empty stomach.
If you find that your serving of master cleanse too bland, you can add decaffeinated herbal tea. To control your hunger, you can also try adding hoodia though it is an optional ingredient. Remember to drink lots of water as you will be losing water during the diet. A guideline will be to alternate between a glass of water and the master cleanse. The recommended amount of water to drink will be according to your body weight. Therefore, if you are 150 pounds, you should try to drink 150 ounces of fresh filtered water.
You can take wheat grass after the first glass of master cleanse to give you more protein. Ideal amount to consume will be 5 grams and break the 5 grams into 2 dosage. Continue drinking your lemonade and water. If you get bored drinking lemonade the whole day, remember you can flavor it with herbal tea to give it a different taste.
Just before you go to sleep, take another laxative. They can be psyllium husk, laxative tea or sea salt. Keep yourself busy so that your mind would not be filled with fulfilling the master cleanse diet. In the initial stage, you may find it difficult to adapt to the new master cleanse diet. However, after a few times, your body will adjust to it and fulfilling it will not be an arduous task.
Also before you start the master cleanse, you will have mental preparation of 3 days prior so that the transition from a normal routine to a master cleanse routine will be much more smoother and less trying. If follow all the steps that is given, you should have no difficulty in accomplishing the master cleanse diet.

Don’t Blame it on Age
It’s a fore-gone conclusion that with age, our bodies change. Unlike when we were young, now fat is stored in places we have to be concerned about.
When your metabolic rate slows, your digestive system doesn’t work as efficiently as it used to.
Hormonal changes in the body can also affect the shape that you are in but there is one thing that always remains the same at all ages - If you eat too much food and drink too much alcohol you will gain weight.
Many people use their age as an excuse for being over weight but this is not acceptable. Consider how many elderly people there are who are still slim, fit and healthy and you will see that age is not an excuse.
We abuse our bodies with the poor lifestyle choices we make. As we age, the poor lifestyle choices multiply and the end results are; overweight and other related health problem brought on by poor nutrition.
You can and should expect to keep your fat percentage at an optimum level throughout your life. The health benefits from doing so will pay dividends with a better quality of life and reduced dependence on medication and other health related expenditures as you age.
You can benefit from improved nutrition and exercise at any stage in your life, no matter how old you are.
You will live longer and happier by reducing the excess levels in your body fat.
You can turn back your body clock by beginning an exercise program coupled with an improvement in your nutritional intake. The most important part is getting started and the sooner you start the better.

Best Weight Loss Supplement
Weight loss products is a huge industry in this country. So many people want to lose weight that producers of supplements and pills that supposedly “melt the weight” away proliferate seemingly more and more every year. The situation can be a bit distressing if you want to find a supplement to your diet that will help reduce your weight and make you slimmer but you don’t want to get involved with some scam product that takes your money and doesn’t deliver results.
One way to try to cut through the hype of all the weight loss products is to be very questioning of any product that claims it can get a huge amount of weight off in a very short time. When they have “testimonials” of people who lost 30 pounds in three weeks, that is either a falsify tribute or a very unhealthy product. The only way you can lose weight at that rate of speed is to become very ill or to take something that is insalubrious for you. Our bodies are not intentional to change at that rateof speed. Ifyou did lose 10 pounds or more in a week, the personal effects on your general wellness would be devastating. And because your body would not have lost the weight naturally, the weight will not stay off.
Another claim that is made by many weight loss supplement products is that you can meet a terrific amount of weight without changing your dieting and without exercise. This is one of the most prevailing weight loss myths that takes on a new complexion almost every week. One product has revealed a secret herb in the depths of Africa that makes the weight fall off. Another one is using a space age formula that has been a top secret with NASA until right now and this weight loss company were the ones to get it. If the phrase “give me a break” comes to mind when you hear these claims, your skepticism is well placed.
The sad thing is these products use a system of literally making you ill to get that weight off without diet or exercise. If you decide to try one of these products, notice right outside the strict rules about when to take the pills so you don’t make yourself insane right away. What happens is that the pills will cause your metabolism to pelt along so you will literally shake and sweat the weight off as you rest after eating a meal. The supplement is almost making you ill to get rid of the weight. And like all supplements that promise a lot for very little effort, the weight will not stay off even if you lose weight short term.
The best weight loss system uses supplements to healthy diet that causes the good foods you eat to be maximized by your body. They are natural supplements that use food products to supplement food products. And the product makes no claims of rapid weight loss or that you can skip good diet and exercise programs. All good weight loss systems are grounded in long term adherence to a lifestyle of diet and exercise. If you recognize that and use supplements based on common sense and healthy choices, that will be a supplement that really works so you lose weight and keep it off as long as you continue to live well.

Enjoying Your Weight Loss
Weight loss doesn’t have to be something that you dread every day of the week.
You should be eating good healthy food that doesn’t leave you feeling starved although initially you might feel that way as you change from the bulk poor quality food that you’ve been eating to smaller portions of better quality food.
Drinking more water is a great way to help your body during this transition.
Most people realize that exercise is one of the best ways of losing weight although there are a lot of people who are reluctant to exercise for one reason or another.
There are types of exercises that can cater to practically anyone even the obese people that find exercise difficult.
I recommend swimming, biking and walking to improve your overall fitness and reduce your body weight. These exercises can speed up your metabolism and burn fat. The obese who find walking difficult should swim; swimming burns fat and will increase your metabolism.
Recently Nordic walking has become a lot more popular and this is a particularly good form of exercise for two reasons.
By using the poles when you walk you use a lot more of your upper body muscles this helps to burn more calories.
The other benefit of using the poles when walking is the fact that it takes a lot of the stress off your knees and hips and this can be a godsend for over-sized people who find that their joints take quite a hammering when walking due to their weight.
Do you see the benefits of Nordic walking? It’s no wonder why it’s becoming one of the more popular exercises throughout the country.

How to Control Emotional Eating and Stay on a Calories Loss Diet
Emotional eating is one of the greatest challenges in any calories loss diet because with the best of intentions, we can easily sabotage our efforts by uncontrolled binging brought about by our day to day emotional ups and downs. To manage our eating and to continue to enjoy a gradual weight loss, we need to be aware of and to some degree manage our emotions. The tips below will assist you to do this as you re-shape your body.
Know if you are really hungry especially the difference between being physically hungry and just eating out of emotion. If you have been an emotional eater your whole life you might not understand the difference so learn to recognize that when you are really hungry your stomach will growl and you will feel a little weak and tired. That is your body’s way of saying that it needs fuel, so try letting yourself get really hungry before a meal just so that you can feel what it feels like when your body is hungry.
Identify what causes your emotional eating by recording when, what and why you feel like eating and take notice of the pattern of your eating behaviors. Do you crave sweet foods when you are feeling down or under pressure and can anything on your calories loss menu satisfy this need? Have you conditioned yourself to a coke and candy as a pick me up at the end of the day or is hot chocolate and a cookie to sooth you before you head off to bed?
Identifying the situations and the times of the day that make you crave certain foods is the key to stopping emotional eating so if you know that you will crave something sweet when you get home to dull the stress of your trip, you can find another way to handle that stress that does not involve food. Maybe you need to listen to music for 15 minutes after you get home, or have a cup of tea with a calories loss snack like low fat cheese on a cracker as you read the newspaper, or maybe a hot shower will help. Find another way to alleviate the stress that makes you want to eat something sweet because dealing with that stress in a healthier way will help you lose weight and manage your stress more effectively.
Cross comfort food off your shopping list as this may give you momentary comfort when things are tough, but if there is none in the pantry, you can not eat it and will learn to seek comfort in other ways. If you feel down and think escaping in front of the TV with a soda and bag of buttery popcorn is the best way to recover, will you drive to the nearest supermarket to buy this comfort food? Probably not, if you are like most people who search for an alternative food at home rather than go out to buy what they would like to indulge in.
Find other means of comfort instead of food if you feel down, pressured and hyped up, like taking the dog for a walk, going for a bike ride, reading that book you have been dying to start, or meeting with a friend and discuss life over a low fat coffee. There is an endless list of what you can do when you are feeling sad or stressed apart from reaching for the munchies in those places you have always kept them. So start including these alternatives in your life as ‘pick me ups’ and keep on that calories loss diet at the same time.
Keep healthy food in the house because if you have healthy snacks in the house you can use those as a substitute for comfort food when a craving hits. Instead of candy bars, keep granola bars in the cupboard and instead of chips, keep popcorn or sliced veggies or other calories loss foods around because making healthy substitutions for the foods you crave is a very practical way to deal with emotional eating. After all, cravings happen but eating healthy snacks in place of the high fat, high calorie comfort food is a practical and responsible way to deal with food cravings when they happen.
Wait 30 minutes and when a craving does hit, wait it out by setting a timer, looking at your watch, whatever you need to do. But wait a full 30 minutes before acting on that craving. If you still are craving that food after 30 minutes, allow yourself to have a half portion of it, but you will find that usually after 30 minutes that craving will disappear.
Get exercise because exercise is not just good for burning calories as when you exercise, your brain releases serotonin and endorphins, which make you feel good and make you happy. Twenty minutes or more of exercise can trigger the same feeling of peace and happiness and well-being that you get from food. Emotional eating is not responsible for your entire weight gain, but it can be a factor in why it is hard for you to make a consistent weight loss. Using these tips and tricks to control your emotional eating will help you stick with a calories loss diet and might be the way for you to start losing weight and keeping it off.

Want Sexy Six Pack Abs That Will Have Him Drool?
When trying to achieve the illusive six pack, it’ easy to get confused by all the “best ab workouts” available. You’ll likely notice that there a multitude of ab workouts to choose one, so deciphering which ones will work the best can be tricky.
The thing to remember is that whenever you are trying to work your core, everything works, for a certain period of time. Everything from high reps, low reps, weighted work, bodyweight work, stability ball exercises, and BOSU ball exercises - it all works until your body adapts and says, “This is easy, I’m not going to change unless you give me a new reason to adapt.”
Your ab training should be progressed from stable floor work with your body weight to a unstable surface with weighted work. Progressing to movements that will reduce your base of support as much as possible are the best ab workouts because they will call into play all the muscles within the core, especially those really deep that stable floor work can not target.
Such examples of floor ab exercises that would do this would be crunches, sit ups and leg raises. Eventually you want to do these same exercises against gravity, then a load and then on unstable surface like a stability ball. Body weight exercises like “front planks” and “side planks” should be the foundation of a core program and progressed to one arm planks in the frontal and side planes and then eventually on a stability ball or BOSU ball for further recruitment.
The best ab workouts to make your abs “pop” would be a variety of weighted movements. I’m sure you’ve skinny guys with a flat stomach but no “eye popping” abs, which is because they have not developed the actual abdominal muscle, just like every other body part. Part of getting nicely chiseled abs is going to be developing the muscles underneath the fat, and weighted ab crunches with cables or on a stability ball with a heavy dumbbell will do this best.
During all your ab workouts be sure to get a full stretch during the eccentric phase of your ab exercises. Going through an entire range of motion on the way up (if doing a crunch on the floor or ball) is not necessary, however, you should be “crunching” your upper abs onto your lower abs during each rep to maximize the burn, recruitment and full development.
The one weighted exercise you will not find in my programs is weighted side bends, as this could make you look wider in the waste, distracting from creating a lean image.
One concerning question most people have is regarding lower ab workouts, typically the most troubling spot. Yes, hip flexion (emphasis more so on lower abs) is important to perform and should be done first in the workout but the reality of the matter is that you cannot specifically separate your abs into upper and lower components. Whenever you perform any type of ab movement you should automatically be focusing on working both the upper and lower portion at the same time.
Good exercise to definitely direct a little more force into the lower area would be the progression of lying leg raises, lying leg raises on a incline and eventually hanging leg raises fully vertical. Lying leg raises on a stability pull is also an extremely challenging and advanced exercise to create razor sharp abdominals.
Finally, the last thing to consider is when you are going to perform your ab workout is training frequency. Again, generally speaking, the more the better assuming your abdominals have recovered. Whether you want to perform it at the end of your workout, before your workout, during your workout or on a day of it’s own is up to you. My ab workouts incorporate all methods depending on if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced. Some theories of that warn you not to start with abs is because abs work as a synergistic muscle for so many of the other exercises you’ll do, if you pre-fatigue them before the start of the workout, you may not progress as much during the rest of your workout. I don’t agree with this and if you’re abs are your weakest link then they should be given first priority when you are the most fresh, the start of your workout.
Incorporating a specific ab workout is only a small part of the battle - diet, lifestyle and overall caloric expenditure through weight training and cardio are the true building blocks to creating a sexy and desired mid section.

You will watch Joe ask the guys in the gym, read the bodybuilder magazines, try the latest supplements and still doesn’t get the results that he wants. Many people will recognize Joe in themselves and relate to all of the hard work that so many people go through in their effort to find the right approach.
Through this character, Jeff exactly knows who his audience are. It may be you. He writes well, and it’s a very motivating read. However this program is not for the undetermined. This program requires discipline. Be it the diet, the five day a week one-hour workout. You will need to adhere to all points of the training for it to bear fruits. Does this scare you? Well it is a very intense program, but nobody’s gained anything without sweat and hardwork.
The book presents the eight anabolic principles that are at the root of your weight and muscle gain. You will find that they are what the entire program is based on and will be very effective if you apply them in the correct manner. The program is available in MP3 format so that you can take the program and listen wherever you are. The points that are delivered are all about the tempo and frequency of your workout along with the diet that must be followed. When you get to the heart of the program, you will learn about Hyper Adaptive Cycling and how it can work for you.
The program is very detailed and workable for anyone who is looking to gain muscle. The program will help you to break through plateaus and even prevent them from happening in the first place.
You might be wondering how the program will work for you. It is with an understanding of how the body grows muscles. When you learn how this occurs in the body you will understand how effective Hyper Adaptive Cycling can be for you. Someone who is just starting out in bodybuilding will understand how difficult it is to break through a plateau. It happens when your body starts to understand your efforts to add muscle and stops responding to the workout. The short explanation is that your body no longer requires added muscles to get through the workout.
It is important to get your muscles to react to add new muscles. Therefore, bodybuilders constantly introduce alterations to their training and keep their body guessing to never enter a comfort zone. Hyper-Adaptive Cycling is not about bringing classic changes that keeps the body guessing it goes much beyond that.
A Hyper Adaptive Cycling approach will cause some massive growth in your body.
You will learn through this program how the body works to help you add new muscles. You must learn how to reprogram the body to use defense mechanisms that occur naturally in the body and add to your muscle growth. The use of the program will work by keeping your muscles guessing and have no choice but to grow in response.

How to Burn Fat and Gain Muscle At the Same Time?
There are hundreds of new products, pills and routines out there that will claim to be the fastest way to build muscle to burn fat. Some of these products do work. Some of them will make you feel guilty for buying them in the first place. The rest are just a pile of junk and you know it.
The “SOME” that work only work to the extent of giving you quick results for a short period of time. Did you know that your body can adapt to any routine within 4 to 5 weeks? Why wait that long and get disappointed?
Did you know that muscle burns a lot of fat just to survive in your body? Therefore, the easiest way to burn fat and build muscle is by actually focus on building muscle, and the fat will just go away helping your muscle to grow in the process!
1. Got for total body exercises that target major muscle groups like Chinups, Squats and Deadlifts. These exercises work the major muscle groups to their greatest potential, and also utilize the smaller muscle fibers in the process. This is a great way to burn fat while building muscle.
2. If you want real muscle growth, you need to work hard in every workout. Go to your max. Compete against yourself in your previous workout. If you did 8 reps Bench Press with 150 lbs last week, go for 9 or 10 reps with the same weight in your next workout. Or increase your weight and train to failure. Keep progressing in every workout.
3. Eat to build lean muscle not fatty jiggle. Focus on feeding your body with low GI carbs, fruits and green fibrous vegetables to build the lean, ripped body you need. Stay away from junk food.

NHR Products Home Business Review - Scam Or Legit?
There are so many companies out there for the home based business entrepreneur to promote. So how do you choose which company, product, or service is the right one for you? This article will present you with an unbiased review of the NHR business opportunity.
1.) The Company
NHR (Naturally Healthy Results) founders, Tim Ellis and Wayne Brown, launched their company in August 2008. While the company is a “start up” venture, the owners state that they have extensive backgrounds in the MLM industry. The company produces a line of health products. Their current focus is on a liquid vitamin, a natural colon cleanse, and a weight loss supplement.
2.) Products
NHR currently has 3 products. Their leading product is the NHR Epic Ultra All-in-One Liquid Multi Formula. This liquid vitamin is the company’s cheapest product at $19.95 per 32 oz. bottle. Epic NRG is an energy/weight loss product. Its company stated benefits are increased metabolism, decreased cravings, weight loss, and better sleep. As with any weight loss product, Epic NRG is a more expensive product at $69.95 for a 1-3 month supply. The company’s third product is an Herbal Klenz Tea. It is an all natural formula that cleanses the digestive tract and detoxifies the body. The Herbal Klenz Tea retails for $24.95 for a one month supply.
3.) Compensation Plan
NHR is a network marketing or MLM designed business model. Therefore, the company relies on its distributors to market and sell their product for them. For their efforts, the distributors earn a percentage of their sales.
The NHR pay plan is a 2 x 12 Forced Matrix. The program is free to join. However, there are 2 “qualification” factors that have to be met before a distributor can get paid commissions. To qualify, one has to be on a minimum $19.95 monthly product autoship and have sponsored at least 2 people. Every NHR product carries a Commission Value (CV). NHR pays a CV of slightly over 50% on each product.
Conclusion - NHR is not a scam. It is a legitimate company with products that can qualify as a business opportunity. One shortcoming of the company is that it is so brand new. The MLM industry is a competitive market. Not every company that starts out will stand the test of time. Therefore, the true verdict is still out on the NHR home based business opportunity.

How to Build Muscles, The Best Way to Get Six Pack Abs
If you ever spend any amount of time in front of the TV after midnight, you are bound to see some infomercials. A good portion of those are probably promoting ab related products. You’ll see machines, pills, fad diets, and workouts that promise to give you that six pack of your dreams. While there is no shortage of theories, do any of them really work?
Once fads are exposed for what they are, they do not last long as people move on to the next breakthrough invention. What are ways to get flat abs if most of these fail?
The truth is, the best way to get a six pack is with a time tested approach. You might not want to hear this, but the best way to achieve this goal is through a healthy diet and exercise. There really aren’t any legitimate shortcuts to getting the body of your dreams. If you do find a way to drop a few pounds quickly, the weight will probably come back just as quickly.
What types of exercises should you do now that you have to exercise? It is best to just get on the ground and start doing thousands of crunches or are there more effective ways to lose the fat? Will this give you the six pack of your dreams? Actually it won’t do much at first. A layer of fat covers up your ab muscles. Once you get rid of the fat, you will see your abs. How is it possible to lose the fat?
Many people have the misconception that they need to routinely undergo hours worth of jogging on their treadmill. However, this is a common misconception as well. Interval and weight training are the best way to burn fat quickly. Weight training burns calories when you are working out and when you are resting.
Once you develop your muscles, they will act like incinerators that continuously burn calories in order to keep themselves going. This will help to burn much more fat in a very short time. Weight training, jogging and running are great methods to improve your fitness.
Besides the right exercises, you should also try to eat healthier as well. If you’re always on the couch, cramming your face full of nachos and beer, you probably won’t be getting a six pack anytime soon. Getting different results in your life requires you to take different actions. If you want a six pack, you’ll need to change what you’re eating. Eat healthy foods and drink a lot of water. Put good things into your body and it will give you good results.
In general, it’s not that hard to develop a six pack. Don’t think it will be a breeze, you will not wake up to a tone, fit looking body the next day. If you stick to the long process, you could achieve the necessary weight loss of any proportion.
